The Capstone Project is designed to bring together all you have learned in the course and apply it to a scenario.
The aim of the project is to provide you with a tangible take-away that demonstrates your ability to apply risk-based supervision to address the emerging risks in DFS and to make DFS more inclusive.
This final capstone is out of 100 marks. Your total will then be converted to a score out of 30.
The Tasks:
-
Develop a 5-Year Strategy for Data-Driven RBS of DFS
-
Prepare a Pilot Proposal for AI and Data Quality to reduce financial exclusion while improving AML/CFT effectiveness.
-
Develop a 1-Page Executive Summary.
Please note the following:
-
The scenario uses synthetic (fictional) data and a fictitious country profile to enable realistic practice without representing any specific jurisdiction.
-
Numbers used within the scenario are illustrative and created solely for training purposes.
-
We estimate that you should dedicate 3 – 4 hours per week for the remaining two weeks of the course to completing this capstone project.
